Registration for the California State Summit is reserved for residents of California.
Examine professional learning communities through a local lens. This State Summit explores the realities of building a PLC with California’s most pressing educational issues in mind. Learn how you can address challenges posed by No Child Left Behind legislation, and confidently embrace accountability in your role as a teacher or administrator. From developing common assessments to establishing a pyramid of interventions to formulating solutions that ensure all students learn, the California PLC at Work State Summit will detail how to tailor a professional learning community to fit your state’s standards.
Featured speakers include Richard DuFour, Robert Eaker, Rebecca DuFour, Douglas Reeves, Anthony Muhammad, Jon Saphier, and several of California’s own educational leaders. |

The option of registering for graduate credit will be made available to you through Grand Canyon University.
You will be provided a certificate of participation after the institute. Prior to registration, please check with your state Department of Education for CEU availability from attending this institute.

Cancellations more than 90 days prior will require a $75 processing fee. Cancellations between 10 and 90 days prior will require half of the registration fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 10 days prior. We welcome and recommend substitutions for those who must cancel. NOTE: All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing and postmarked.
