Sessions Designed for Your Specific Needs

The Professional Learning Communities at Work Institute sessions are designed to give you the most information and practical strategies whether you are seeking to learn how to initiate the implementation of PLC principles in your school or are farther down the continuum of becoming a PLC. Content includes laying the foundation of a learning community, communicating priorities, building a collaborative culture, and focusing on results. These sessions will be interactive but will include direct presentation of content as well.
Some sessions will be based on case studies and will focus on solving specific problems associated with building a PLC. You will engage in collective inquiry on how to address the complex problems associated with the change process.
Whether you work with elementary, middle, or high school students, you will find the specific strategies necessary to build a PLC in your school.

The option of registering for graduate credit will be made available to you through Grand Canyon University.
You will be provided a certificate of participation after the institute. Prior to registration, please check with your state Department of Education for CEU availability from attending this institute.
