The institute offers collective inquiry into best practices, reflection, renewal, networking, and planning for implementation.

Sessions Designed for Your Specific Needs
The Professional Learning Communities at Work Institute sessions are designed to give you the most information and practical strategies whether you are seeking to learn how to initiate the implementation of PLC principles in your school or are farther down the continuum of becoming a PLC. Content includes laying the foundation of a learning community, communicating priorities, building a collaborative culture, and focusing on results. These sessions will be interactive but will include direct presentation of content as well.

Some sessions will be based on case studies and will focus on solving specific problems associated with building a PLC. You will engage in collective inquiry on how to address the complex problems associated with the change process.

Whether you work with elementary, middle, or high school students, you will find the specific strategies necessary to build a PLC in your school.

Cancellations between 10 and 90 days prior will require half of the registration fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 10 days prior. We welcome and recommend substitutions for those who must cancel. NOTE: All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing and postmarked.
