Learn how to integrate technology with research-based instructional strategies.
This workshop begins with an overview of nine research-based strategies for increasing student achievement and then offers time for you to weave these strategies into your own lesson plans. Take part in guided practice combining the strategies with five categories of technology: word processing, Web resources, organizing and brainstorming software, data collection, and multimedia. Take home technology-infused lesson plans ready to use in your classroom.
This workshop is based on the material in Using Technology With Classroom Instruction That Works. You will use this book along with a customized wiki and blog to get real hands-on experience with technology integration. This workshop is appropriate for teachers of all grade levels. |
