Featuring Rick Stiggins
Rick Stiggins founded the Assessment Training Institute (ATI) in 1992 to provide professional development in assessment for teachers and school leaders. ATI joined the Educational Testing Service (ETS) family in 2006.
Dr. Stiggins received his doctoral degree in educational measurement. His unique perspective on learning emphasizes the involvement of students in their own assessment, and ultimately their own success. A compelling and energetic speaker, Dr. Stiggins addresses difficult school improvement issues and distills them into manageable pieces.
