An award-winning and research-based intervention, the Peacemakers program combines best practices from psychology and values education into experiences that will help you prevent youth violence and improve interpersonal behavior. The program, which includes a Leader’s Guide and Student Handbook, is written for students in grades 4–8, and can be implemented in schools, as well as in youth groups, after-school programs, residential treatment programs, or with other groups of children led by caring adults. The Leader’s Guide includes 18 step-by-step lessons. Each lesson includes an overview, scripted lesson plan, and handouts. Occasional features include quizzes and a series of original short stories.
