Nicole Vagle is committed to promoting student learning through quality assessment practices. An education consultant and president of Lighthouse Learning Community, Inc., she was a high school reform specialist for Minneapolis Public Schools, where she worked with school and district staff to support the implementation of small learning communities. This reform work also included coaching individuals and teams of secondary teachers in literacy and high expectations for all students. Nicole was also the training coordinator for the Osseo (Minnesota) Area Schools’ Data Program Templates Project in collaboration with the University of Minnesota.
