The academy is facilitated by one or more PLC at Work™ master coaches and includes three two-day on-site sessions, with targeted action occurring between sessions, along with a robust selection of resources for each participant.

Bring the RTI Coaching Academy developed by Austin Buffum, Janet Malone, Mike Mattos, and Chris Weber into your school. This package of consulting and professional development engagements occurs over 9 to 12 months.

The academy is facilitated by one or more RTI coaches and includes six days of on-site training (three sessions, two days each), three interactive web conferences, and the Pyramid Response to Intervention online course (for each participant), as well as other resources.

PLC at Work™ Progress Report

Assess your school's development. This report provides an unbiased observation of your current practices and outlines next action steps.

An expert facilitation team will come to your school to assist in the analysis of current practices and identification of improvement strategies. The team will then present its findings through an on-site meeting, along with convenient conference calls.
